Analysis of Ukraine's export strategy: problems and solutions (ID:1100653)

INTRODUCTION The export potential of Ukraine is an important factor for the development of the national economy and strengthening its position on the international market. The country has significant natural resources, a variety of industries and a highly qualified workforce, which creates a favorable basis for the development of the export sector. However, the realization of Ukraine's export potential faces a number of challenges and obstacles caused by the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic instability in the country. In this context, ensuring the effective use of available resources and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian products on the world market is a particularly urgent task. The role and significance of Ukraine's export potential are reflected in the works of foreign and domestic researchersTyurina N.M., Mazarika A.A., Maslovska L., Yukhymenko V.V., Serova L.P., Grebelnyk O.P., Orlova O., Kharchenko N., Didkivskyi M.I., Degtyarova O. .I., Polyanova T.N. and other. The study of export potential in world trade statistics, as well as the formation of competitive advantages of product manufacturers,assessment of export opportunities and economic and geographical features of foreign destinations are devoted to the works of Pedorchenko A.L., Nelep V., Lutskyi M.G., Marchenko V.M., Davidenko V.V., Burakovsky I., Movchan V., Kravchuk K ., Kuzyakiv O. and others. reflected in their works the key problems of the development of export potential in Ukraine. In general, studies of Ukraine's export potential reflect its importance for the country's development and identify key issues that need to be addressed in order to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods and services on the world market. Peculiarities of competition and evaluation of the competitiveness of countries in the world market of tourist services are considered in the works of such researchers as Parfinenko A., Dubyk V.Ya., Osidach O.B. and other. Despite this, the issue of finding ways to increase the competitive advantages of Ukraine in the world market of tourist services is becoming especially urgent in the current conditions of military and political instability and destruction due to Russian aggression. The purpose of the course workisdetermination of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the export potential and search for reserves of its increase for Ukraine. To achieve the goal, the following tasks must be solved: – to investigate the concept of export and export potential of the country; – generalize the system of indicators for assessing the country's export potential; – systematize the main factors that determine the country's export potential and its implementation in trade and economic relations; – analyze the dynamics and structure of Ukraine's exports; – to form the main problems of forming the export potential of Ukraine during the war; – justify the main reserves of increasing the actually achieved export potential of Ukraine Research methods. In the research process, appropriate general scientific and empirical methods were used, including analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization (during the theoretical substantiation of the concept of export and export potential of the country and generalization of the system of indicators for its assessment), comparative method, quantitative analysis, graphical and tabular methods ( when systematizing the main factors that determine the export potential of the country and conducting an analysis of the dynamics and structure of Ukraine's exports), induction and deduction, scientific abstraction (when identifying the problems of the formation of Ukraine's export potential during the war and when justifying the main reserves of its increase).
