During the whole time it was undergoing changes due to the fact that I was a social order, and, consequently, the worldview of the people. States had already attempted to control, organize and fix the migration processes. And just today, these attempts lead to positive results. In accordance with the classification of the International Labour Organization (ILO) distinguish five main types of contemporary international migration, which are considered in the paper. 2. State regulation is aimed at to get the maximum benefit from the positive effects of international migration, and to minimize the negative consequences of this phenomenon for both donor and recipient countries. Migration processes are multifaceted impact on the countries of emigration and immigration. Of course, that any State exercising economic policies can not regulate labor migration. To this end, it carries a certain immigration policy.
